Unsolicited Testimonial (17 August 2007)

"Following our visit to the completed Garden of Eden in July, we are very glad that we have invested in this quality 5 star frontline development - especially in view of the Bulgarian Government's recent announcement to abolish further development within 100 metres of a shoreline. The Garden of Eden is a credit to all involved."

Unsolicited Testimonial (27 April 2007)

"I would like to congratulate you on having such foresight and commitment to develop what is a stunning, and I am sure will be a prestigious, resort. Having recently visited I would say it is the clear leader in the St Vlas area and on a par with other prestigious 5 star developments in more familiar locations around the Mediterranean.

I would also like to show my appreciation to both your Bulgarian and UK support staff, whose effort and energy throughout has been a credit to themselves and to Eden Developments."

Unsolicited Testimonial (30 March 2007)

"Just writing to let you know that the property we are purchasing in the Garden of Eden has met our expectations and more. The workmanship is finished to a high standard, quality materials have been used, and the views over the sea are unimpeded and beautiful. If the standard of customer service in the future is as professional as the service we have received to date then I cannot envisage any problems. We are really excited about the whole complex."

Unsolicited Testimonial (16 May 2006)

"We have just returned from a weekend trip to Bulgaria to check out the area of St. Vlas (and the surrounding area) as well as the Garden of Eden project. To say we were thrilled with what we saw is an understatement! The development itself is in a wonderful location and the view from our apartment far better than expected, the sea being so close and beautifully crystal clear.

We did visit a few other developments but quite honestly there was no comparison with the location, architecture or standard of facilities that Eden has to offer. I have to say that even though we thought Garden of Eden was a 'classier' development than most others, the price we have paid was actually better than that of other, more substandard properties that are further back from the sea.

Having two teenage children we think we have the best of both worlds; lots of on-site facilities, including the beach activities, but in a more peaceful location. We loved Sunny Beach (as will the kids) but are glad that we aren't in the thick of all the noise that will obviously occur in the early hours, yet it is only a 5 minute taxi/boat trip away. Nessebar, again only a short distance away, was beautiful.

All this, and the fact that the Bulgarian people are so friendly and prices so cheap, we are delighted that we have chosen Eden and would thoroughly recommend it."

As Quoted (June 2006)

"We didn't want to invest in an area that was too overdeveloped and flooded with tourists. We really wanted something a world away from Blackpool in the sun. We were keen to find a beach location, so inland was never really an option. Inland Bulgaria seemed rather behind the times, with the Black Sea Coast standing out as a more commercial and financially secure option.

We saw properties in three different countries. After discussing Spain, we decided it was too commercial. We considered Cyprus as I am half Cypriot and have family out there, but this proved an expensive option. After reviewing about twenty different properties in each country - five or six of them in Bulgaria - we settled on the Black Sea Coast. We spent at least a month researching the area and found the unspoilt and transquil surroundings appealing, particularly in relation to highly commercialised Spain.

Eden Developments has been fantastic from day one. They made a daunting prospect very easy. Initially the property will be purely for personal use for both of us and family and friends. It will be a good means of giving something back to those close to us. Eventually, however, we will use the property for business means, too. We also plan to marry on the Garden of Eden site as soon as it's complete. When the next season begins, around May 2007, we are looking forward to saying our vows."
